I like to use a little trick I call the fingernail test.
It is used to see if we were successful at removing the plaque from our teeth.

After brushing, I scrap the front of my teeth with my fingernail.

If I see a white film, I know I need to brush some more…

I do this all the time with my kids at home.
It only takes a second to check if they are brushing well!!!
